**Tours of Facility, Administrative:**
+ Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). Close out work orders and maintenance actions. Assist with reporting requirements.
+ HVAC and Building Systems:
+ Assist with installations, modifications, and repairs. Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewage systems.
+ Change filters, clean cooling towers, and heating/cooling coils.
**Structural Maintenance:**

**Preventive Maintenance:**

Assist in or coordinate the overall planning and decision-making for maintaining the safety, utility and appearance of the RVU Montana Campus ranch.
Keep records of inspections and maintenance records of all safety systems within RVU Montana.
Assist in developing and maintaining a schedule for regular facility evaluations and preventative maintenance.
Assist in supervising the work of outside contractors and vendors, specifically landscaping, plumbing, lighting, door closures, and security related issues, including inspection and completion.
Monitor and maintain the lighting schedule, and provide support in managing the HVAC system.

Complete Purchase Order for Request, code invoices in a timely and accurate manor for approval.

PEFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Update and complete all work orders as assigned in Worxhub or supervisor.

Complete interior and exterior painting as assigned.
Responsible for cleaning parking area and walkways to include leaf and debris removal from sidewalks.
