Position Summary: Travel to store locations to provide a wide variety of gas maintenance repairs and services. Completes repairs on fuel dispensers, environmental monitoring systems, underground storage tank (UST) piping, and related equipment, including manways, spill buckets, concrete tank mats, drive mats, and gas islands. Conducts quality inspections on work performed by outside vendors. Carries a cell phone as required for emergency on-call services. Ensures that scheduled maintenance is performed on the service truck at required intervals. Responsible for maintaining tools and parts inventory assigned to the truck.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform fuel dispenser maintenance repairs and services
2. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
3. Maintenance and repairs of environmental monitoring systems
4. Perform underground storage tank and product line repairs (STP/Crash Valves)
5. Complete electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC)
6. Perform fueling system troubleshooting (Electronic/hydraulic)
7. Acquire and maintain all certifications and licenses- (Fuel dispenser, weights and measures, etc., safety certifications)
8. Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting with moderate assistance.
9. Additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the management team.

Minimum Education: High School or GED
Preferred Education: Trade and Technical schools, Equipment manufacturer-certified training programs

The Maintenance Team is responsible for assisting in the administration and maintenance of Vestas tools, and equipment; conducting reporting/inspection procedures, and assisting as directed with the day-to-day Maintenance initiatives within the factory locations. The Maintenance Team is responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating instruments/machines responsible for the manufacturing of turbine components.
Responsibilities
Work with in repairing and maintaining production machines and the factory's equipment
Coordinate the work order process and workflow optimization.
Ensure all forms of the work order and equipment tracking are used and completed daily
Maintain EAM database of new purchased equipment, existing equipment and maintain PM schedules. Facilitate factory tool calibrations and maintains all tool calibrations requirements.
Create requisition in SAP for tools, equipment, new parts, instruments, and supplies
Allocate team appropriately to support timely execution on work orders
Development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
Inspect and test shop equipment and new and repaired instruments to verify dimensions of parts and for conformance to quality control standards
Track process indicators and spare parts / labor consumption and equipment performance
Be first line of communication with equipment suppliers for quotes, orders and support for troubleshooting equipment. Host suppliers on site when required in accordance with Vestas safety procedures
Provide Department Manager with equipment status reporting; including routine maintenance and damaged equipment for return to service estimations

* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times.
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
* May need to provide own tools.
* Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
* Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment.
* Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
* Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$23.00.
Compensation is based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
