About the role
You're the go-to problem solver who makes the Ultimate Fitness Experience possible. Using ServiceChannel, you'll manage work orders, knock out repairs, and keep our clubs safe and functional-with plenty of high-five moments from happy teammates.
What you'll do
Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.
Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.
Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
Handle hands-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Keep managers and the Facilities team updated on repair status and timelines.
Travel between assigned clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.
Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures.
What you bring
1-4 years of facilities experience (preferred).
Basic skills in carpentry/painting/drywall and general repair.
Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (apprentice or supervised experience welcome).
Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS.
Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
Friendly, professional, and patient communicator (verbal & non-verbal).
Clean, professional appearance and great customer service instincts.
Ability to choose and use the right tools safely and effectively.
Valid Driver's License and willingness to work flexible hours.
Multi-site facilities maintenance experience (essential).
Relevant facilities certifications are a plus.

Job Overview
The Maintenance Engineer II maintains the physical structure and equipment of the store, ensuring they remain in good working order. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
What You Will Do
Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems, along with associated equipment, to maximize efficiency.
Perform emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems according to the established schedule.
Keep accurate records of all inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as local fire marshal requirements.
Maintain EPA Universal Certification and stay updated on all relevant legislation, including EPA regulations and South Coast Air Quality District regulations related to “CFC” and refrigerant handling laws.
Follow shortage control programs and procedures.
Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will Need
Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.

Who You Are
This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations, based on department and company needs.
Able to travel between store and building locations.

This position supervises general maintenance work and custodial tasks in schools, office buildings, recreation centers, pools, playground equipment, building entrances, and exterior walkways.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Worker Supervisor supervises and assists employees while performing assignments which may consist of but are not limited to the following: collection and disposal of all accumulated trash; sweeping, mopping, waxing, sanding floors; scrubbing of walls; routine cleaning of restrooms, classrooms, and offices; demonstrates how to perform cleaning techniques such as removing indelible ink and stains by using strong cleaning solutions or by spot painting.
The incumbent ensures all working tools and supplies are available to conduct daily operations. Incumbent is responsible for submitting supply requisitions for mops, wash detergents, stripping compounds, and any other supplies necessary for keeping the building clean. Receives, stores, and issues all supplies that are delivered to the school or facility. Assists in receiving and storing bulk school supplies. Submits work order request forms for items that cannot be repaired (at school level).

Essential Duties:
l. Responsible for overall facility maintenance of Bright Beginnings Inc. Classrooms and
Common Spaces (to include inside and outside areas)
2. Responsible for the upkeep of all Bright Beginnings areas to include the removal of clutter,
trash, cleaning of open spaces, equipment delivery and removals and/or debris
3. Essential in the management of deliveries and storage of supplies and materials for the overall
center to include but not limited to kitchen deliveries, office supplies and special orders
4. Responsible for the cleaning of both child bathrooms daily to include inspections, restocking
of supplies and ensuring that bathrooms maintain safe operations and standards
5. Responsible for the upkeep of all Bright Beginnings playground areas, ensuring that children
have a safe place to play at all times by performing inspections daily, removing all identified
issues, and with bringing child appropriate equipment to and from the playground as
scheduled
6. Assist Kitchen Manager with inventory and storage as scheduled
7. Responsible for basic center fixtures and installations as needed center wide such as (but not
limited to) the installation of office furniture, classroom furniture, door chimers, curtains, etc.
8. Responsible for the upkeep of Bright Beginnings Multi-Purpose Room to ensure a safe place
for children to play such as ensuring that toys are cleaned and organized, socket plugs are
present at all times and that no sharp objects are available
9. Assist with organizing and preparing for major program efforts, projects and events, such as
(but not limited to) diaper bank deliveries and storage, holiday events, back to school night,
literacy night and parent auction
10. Properly report all facility issues, complaints and/or concerns to Health & Nutrition Manager
as they arise
11. Ensure the safety of all storage areas and work spaces, by conducting safety checks and
addressing all issues immediately
12. Complete all facility service tickets, check lists and logs in a timely manner
13. Follow the weekly facilities schedule as coordinated by the Health & Nutrition Manager and
respond to immediate facility needs as instructed

This is full-time work, including setting up and breaking down of daily classes and events, maintaining the community center to include general daily custodial duties; perform scheduled routine maintenance to include carpet cleaning, floor waxing, etc. This position will also assist Park crews during snow removal and special events.
Requirements:
Must report to work in and wear steel-toed safety shoes of an acceptable standard at all times on the job, effective first scheduled workday
Must be available to work weekends and overtime as well as respond to emergency situations
Experience in maintenance work preferred, especially in the areas outlined above
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods under all weather conditions, to include extremely hot summer weather as well as perform snow and ice removal during winter.
Valid Driver's License in state of residency with a good driving record
Satisfactory pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Hours: 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with ability to work weekends, holidays and special events. Adjusted schedule select evenings to cover concerts in the park and movies in the park.
Salary or Salary & Benefits: $50,000 annually plus a $200 safety shoe allowance. What You'll Do:
