Keep vehicles, equipment and tools in a safe condition by inspecting regularly. Transport workers and equipment to facilities through out the District. Perform other duties as assigned by the Grounds Supervisor and/or the Assistant Director of Facilities. Attend training related to turf grass management. May include out of town and/or overnight travel. Report to work in a timely manner according to the assigned schedule. EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position available at a 44,000sf non-climate controlled manufacturing warehouse with approx. 30 employees producing urethane parts from raw materials. The Maintenance Tech will perform routine maintenance and repairs as necessary for all warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility. This position will always be on call as a facility emergency contact.
