Responsibilities:
Perform routine and corrective maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting on equipment
Repair, rebuild, and overhaul equipment and maintain accurate records of all testing and repairs
Identify waste reduction opportunities and assist in related projects
Participate in preventive maintenance programs and recommend equipment to be included to reduce cost of operations
Troubleshoot, investigate, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine systems
Dismantle, clean, and test electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to determine level failures
Train and coach employees to prevent production loss and address equipment failures
Keep accurate maintenance logs and records
Recommend equipment for preventive maintenance programs
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
Support areas include Production, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, and Wastewater Treatment
Eliminate machine failures from recurring by utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Successful completion of the Mechanical Aptitude Test
Experience with compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing
Familiarity with bottling equipment, PM programs, and SAP system preferred
Electrical knowledge of single and three phase power, ability to diagnose and replace motors
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints

Position Summary:
The Food and Beverage Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of food and beverage service equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with sanitation standards. Position Summary:
The Field Technician will travel to store locations to perform maintenance and service repairs on various types of commercial food service equipment. Candidate will work with dispatchers and team supervisors to manage workload to complete calls in timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Repair and/or refurbish on equipment such as: frozen beverage, fountain soda coffee brewers, gas dispensing equipment, refrigerated cases, and other food service equipment.

• Updates job status and notes via online work order management system, provides detailed resolution notes
• Maintains truck inventory accuracy by performing weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Ensures service vehicle is maintained, clean, and well stocked with service parts.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by Department Manager
Working Relationships: Internal Facilities Managers, dispatchers and parts department, to include Retail Store team members. Will also interact with other technical peers including: HVAC Technicians, Fuel Maintenance Technicians and General Maintenance Technicians.
Minimum Education: a high school diploma or its equivalent
Preferred Education: Trade school and/or Associates Degree
Minimum Experience: Requires 0-2 year's related experience.
Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience repairing food service equipment such as high speed ovens, food warmers, coffee brewers, frozen beverage equipment (Brand: Taylor or FBD), fountain soda units, roller grills and other related equipment. Additional experience in other trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) would be a plus.

Troubleshoot or diagnose any electromechanical production and process machinery or equipment problems.
Determine extent of repairs required, secure the necessary parts, and make repairs to damaged or inoperative equipment in a timely manner; record work activity including labor time and utilized parts in maintenance management software work orders.
Partner with the machine operator or designated room supervisor to test machine following repair to insure proper operation.
Relieve parts from inventory and assign to work order. Submit non-stock items for requisition in maintenance software.
Machine Set Up
React appropriately to production needs and set machine according to production specs and requirements as posted or instructed by Maintenance Supervisor in an efficient manner, minimizing downtime.
Upon initial set up of the machine, run the product through the machine to test and verify that output meets production standards.
Prior to releasing the machine to production, conduct a final assessment of the machine to insure safe and efficient operation.
Ensure compliance to company policy, procedures and safety regulations
Encourage and model effective working relations with employees, the production areas and functional support departments to ensure timely communication and effective execution.
Maintain a safe work environment; communicate issues and take corrective action when safety issues arise. Execute and maintain safety procedures in order to minimize accidents and company liability.

Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician
What this job involves -
Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy. Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner and down time is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs keeping records of past operating experiences. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
What is your day to day?
Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
Respond effectively to all emergencies.
Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in every day activities. This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
Must be willing and able to support any after hours building related activity as required.
Attend periodic training seminars.
Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Mobile Engineer role.
Candidate will be provided tools required to perform assigned work scope.

Universal EPA 608 Certification
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required.
Preferred
Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.

What this job involves:
The HVAC Service Technician performs annual preventive maintenance and hands-on repair work within a specified geographic territory. You'll maintain various building systems according to JLL standards, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, card access, doors, gates, building envelope, grounds, parking lots, interior finishes, lighting, and other commercial property operations.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Performing preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various building systems

This position is accountable for troubleshooting, repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements of the center.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Routinely inspects facility, troubleshoots and makes repairs to the mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements on the property
