Requirements
Skills and Abilities
General Maintenance Technician requires two to three years of working experience in at least 2 of the following trades: Framing, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, Stucco, Masonry, and/or Roofing.
Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not a requirement for the position.
Valid Driver's License without any driving restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years.

DUTIES AND RESPONISBILITIES

* To provide adequate amounts of water, under pressure sufficient to meet all demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation in all maintenance projects and training classes as directed.
