Equips each area with proper maintenance tools and janitorial supplies. 19. Provides instruction in the use and care of these maintenance tools. 20. Models, mentors, and monitors the positive normative culture of the center. 21. Acts as a responsible custodian for the assigned center property. 22. Reports violations of unethical behavior. 23. Suggests opportunities for continuous operational improvement and reduction of waste. 24. Identifies and reports on environmental health and safety concerns found while conducting the work of the Maintenance Department. 25. Able to maintain a 75% or higher on employee scorecard.
