Marvin Composites is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for our extrusion plant in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll work to keep our newer equipment and facility systems running at their best. Your focus will be on preventive and predictive maintenance, along with troubleshooting and repairs when needed. You'll plan your work, coordinate with production teams, and take ownership of keeping operations efficient and reliable. Highlights of your role:
• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Identify root causes of issues and ensure thorough follow-up to prevent recurrence
• Plan and prioritize work, coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Order and manage parts as needed to maintain equipment reliability
• Monitor and maintain facility systems to reduce scrap and improve overall performance
Pay: $24-33/hour
Compensation will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.

The Maintenance Technician l will assume basic tasks relating to production. This position is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting equipment and making any necessary repairs. This position works Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM
Highlights of your role:
Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.
Perform regular inspections and assist with repairs on any equipment in the facility.
Assist in the set up of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, electronics and controls
Set up and assist with the setup of equipment

What You'll Do
As a Facilities & Grounds Technician, you'll support the Manager of Purchasing and Facilities by coordinating and performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Your day-to-day work will include:
Overseeing the general cleaning, upkeep, and appearance of buildings and grounds
Maintaining and troubleshooting building systems and equipment
Coordinating renovation and repair projects with staff and contractors
Scheduling and tracking maintenance activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
Serving as the main point of contact between employees, tenants, and facility management
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly. Ideal candidates will have:
Associate's degree in HVAC or Electrical Technology, plus 1-2 years of related experience
