Essential Job Functions

Maintains the exterior of facilities by sweeping sidewalks; using the pressure washer to clean outside walls and sidewalks; removing litter, debris, and trash; mowing lawns; replacing exterior lights; and removing graffiti.
Maintains grounds by picking up litter; cleaning and repairing restrooms; emptying trash barrels; maintaining athletic fields; mowing grass; trimming trees; planting shrubs and flowers; and maintaining turf.

Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality for the assigned work hours is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Work requires the ability to read and understand written instructions, to understand simple processes and the routine operation of machines. Level of knowledge equivalent to less than high school or equivalency.

Under the supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment and machinery for a new start-up facility. Inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications. Diagnosis equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed. 1. Follow specifications of blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings; install, maintain and repair

Inspect, measure, and test equipment while in operation visually (using electrical and electronic equipment) and auditory (listening for unusual sounds from machines or equipment) to detect malfunction, wear, misalignment, or other problems.
