Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year technical school w/ 2 years' experience repairing automated equipment OR a minimum of a High School Diploma and 6 years' experience repairing automated equipment required.
3-5 years' manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, steam, and operation of automated equipment required.
Effective communication skills required.
Forklift and scissor lift certifications a plus.
Welding and machinery experience a plus.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

* Required to be available outside of the College's normal administrative office hours. * Pickup and load into assigned vehicle a wide variety of material and equipment from various offices and locations throughout the Campus and deliver and unload them at their proper destination on or off Campus.
* Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
* Perform daily pickup of residence hall trash as directed.
* Support other Facilities Management departmental activities as assigned.
* Operate a service vehicle as required to perform duties.
Education and Skills
* A combination of education and experience that provides a demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance duties required.
