This is a seasonal position to assist the team in preparing the facility and grounds for events and to maintain and improve the overall condition of the buildings and grounds. General Maintenance Essential duties and responsibilities include - General building and grounds maintenance and upkeep. Such as cleaning, power washing, garbage removal in buildings and common areas, mowing, weed whipping, tree trimming, landscaping, painting, and event setup.
