The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on production equipment in our manufacturing facility. The technician will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance. This role will partner with engineering in order to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 5am-5pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in manufacturing equipment
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems
Work with electrical systems, including motors, sensors, and control panels, while adhering to safety standards
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, including air hoses, fittings, valves, solenoids, and actuators
Make precise adjustments to machinery to optimize performance and ensure quality production
Adjust equipment as necessary to meet operational standards
Well versed on the use of various hand tools and power tools
Basic understanding of Automation equipment
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Work closely with production and quality staff to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and maintenance needs
Maintain up-to-date documentation on equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory

The Service Technician is responsible for keeping the appearance and operations of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out. Personal Tools - Each employee must provide his own hand tools. The organization does not reimburse for tools that are broken, worn out, lost or stolen. Employees must have at minimum the following set of tools. Employees who do not have their own tools may make arrangements with District Manager's approval to purchase tools. Repayments must be made within three months through payroll deductions. If employment is terminated for any reason before repayment is completed, payment in full will be withheld from final paycheck.
