Essential Duties:
1. Ability to remain standing or walking during majority of shift.
2. Climbing stairs. Bending or working on hands and knees.
3. Lifting up to 75lbs unassisted.
4. Climbing ladders, step stools for repairs.
5. Ability to reach overhead and use upper body extremities to work overhead and / or tight areas.
6. Good communication skills needed to be able to speak to guest and / or associates to handle repairs, room concerns, temperature concerns, and emergency situations.
7. Employee must be undeterred by heights including rooftops.
Qualifications
