Ensure safe operation of machinery, mechanical electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components. Follow blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoot sources of equipment problems through observation and use of precision measuring and testing instruments. Perform boiler chemical and wastewater pre-treatment system testing, record results in logbooks / computer systems and make necessary chemical adjustments as required Perform daily and weekly safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs as required. Record and analyze meter readings of utilities in long and take corrective actions when necessary. Perform daily and weekly location/system safety checks and follow up to address concerns. Inspect motor, belts, fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions in accordance with maintenance procedures. Inspect, clean and lubricate shafts, bearings gears and other equipment parts in accordance with work procedures and technical manual. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. Minimum of 6 months' work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment is required. Applicable military experience will be considered. Must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment test to be eligible for employment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required. Under direction from the Facility Manager will perform semi-skilled, planned, proactive and reactive maintenance repair work on Credit Union grounds, building and equipment. Will work to create trust with Credit Union staff and members, and provide excellent customer service in order to provide a safe, clean and well-maintained work environment which best serves our members. Accountability/ Job Duties Work cooperatively and effectively with employees, contractors and the Facilities Manager to ensure a safe environment for all individuals entering Credit Union property. Perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled duties using a variety of hand and power tools in order to maintain and repair Credit Union facilities, including, but not limited to: Preventative maintenance tasks scheduled and generated via the automated work order system and outlined (assigned) by the Facilities Manager. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the job and access the environment for which you are hired. Sitting, walking, reaching, kneeling, crawling, standing, lifting and carrying (up to 100 pounds), reaching, squatting, kneeling, may be required. Equipment/Technology Handled: Must know how to properly operate or be willing to learn to operate all equipment necessary for the job. Work Environment: Must be able to work within various degrees of noise, temperature, and air quality. Interruptions of work are routine. Flexibility and patience are required. Must be self-motivated and able to complete job assignment without direct supervision. After hour work may be required. Terms of Employment: Salary and work calendar established yearly by the district. This position is contracted for 246 days per year.

Provide ground, facility, labor and airfield maintenance duties for the airport and its facilities working through the Airfield Maintenance Division. Duties include repair of airport equipment, surrounding property, and facilities; operate pavement maintenance equipment to repair airfield surfaces and perform a variety of maintenance tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility. s are intended to present a general list of tasks/duties performed by employees within this job classification. Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Education directly related to the minimum requirements below may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. High school diploma or GED; and Two (2) years of experience in general maintenance, grounds maintenance, street maintenance, construction, or paving. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire. Possession of a valid City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire. Must be able to successfully qualify for and maintain a Sunport Access Control Card as determined by the criteria set forth by the policies and guidelines of the Aviation Department and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Successful completion of a security background check conducted by U.S. Customs & Border Protection, if applicable.
