Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. Minimum of 6 months' work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment is required. You'll work directly with residents to resolve maintenance requests submitted through AppFolio, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and professionally. That includes responding to and completing resident work orders through AppFolio, performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry as needed, and taking care of routine upkeep like lighting, locks, painting, and general property repairs. Becoming a Road Maintenance Worker would allow you to be involved with staff within local government, ranging from municipalities and townships to other government agencies. Your day will consist of a variety of maintenance and traffic tasks related to the preservation and upkeep of County highways, bridges, drainage structures, other highway features, and DOT facilities. This position performs semi-skilled work in operating tools and highway maintenance equipment.
