A Line Tech Lead by KHMS definition is a department maintenance Trio member. Trio, is a partnership between Production Supervisor (Process Owner), Continuous Improvement Leads (CI) and the Maintenance Lead. They will do so while safely delivering planned production without defects, every time, while minimizing cost. Inspects work performed by team members. Parts and materials are analyzed for defects and proper fitment. The Line Tech Lead will help with the load leveling of PM's as they pertain to Line Tech workload.
