Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is an important role with direct contact with our residents, providing a top-notch customer experience while responding to maintenance needs for the company's portfolio of single-family homes. This position is assigned a company vehicle and will travel between homes as assigned, delivering timely and professional service to residents.
