MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Community Maintenance

Locate utilities (water, sewer, irrigation, electrical, telephone and cable), property pins and drainage pipes.
Equipment Operators:
Operate Bobcat, backhoe, track hoe, front-end loader, etc.
Animal Removal:
Remove dead animals, i.e. deer, hogs, raccoons, armadillos, dogs, etc.
Storm Control
: Install and remove hurricane shutters, conduct storm patrol (remove fallen trees, secure buildings and structures, etc,) and clean up after storms.
Fabrication
: Perform welding (metal-arc, mig, tig, plastic, etc.).
Mechanical:

Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
