This position plays a vital role in supporting our housing operations by performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of company housing and related facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC tasks. Assist with upkeep of housing units, grounds, and common areas. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. This is a non-exempt position, which is unskilled and limited semi-skilled manual work. An employee in this classification is responsible for the performance of light and heavy manual labor, which does not require a high degree of manipulative skill.
