Key Responsibilities Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and repair electrical issues on: Flexographic presses (Comexi, Uteco, W&H, Bobst) Laminators, slitters, pouch machines, and bag-making equipment Work with facility systems including: Chillers, compressors, transformers, oxidizers, and distillation equipment Perform safe, accurate work inside electrical panels using proper procedures. Assist with troubleshooting PLC/HMI-related issues (board swaps, sensor troubleshooting; no programming required). Mechanical & Multi-Craft Maintenance Support and repair facility and production systems (e.g., floor scrubbers, support equipment). Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and equipment documentation. Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance through the NET Facilities system (monthly, weekly, quarterly, annual PMs). Collaborate with a team of maintenance techs and a maintenance manager to ensure efficient operations and minimized downtime. Experience & Skills Required Technical Skills Strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities with experience diagnosing complex issues. Ability to read electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and equipment manuals. Familiarity with PLC interfaces, sensors, and HMIs for diagnostic purposes. Experience working on large industrial manufacturing equipment-preferably in flexible packaging, printing, plastics, or converting industries. Preferred Background Electrical maintenance experience in a plant environment with a variety of equipment Multi-craft skill set including mechanical aptitude.
