Apply HVAC skills for equipment and facility maintenance (e.g., heaters, furnaces, AC systems, exhaust fans).
Assist outside contractors with machinery repairs and installations.
Maintain knowledge of pneumatics (repair airlines, fittings, valves, cylinders) and hydraulics (replace hoses, pumps, valves).
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
