The Mobile Maintenance Technician position will diagnose problems and perform identified repairs and routine preventive maintenance services on semi trucks under limited supervision through the use of their mobile service truck and tools. The mobile service truck, tools, and inventory must be maintained and kept in serviceable condition at all times as per company policy and procedures. Apartment Property Maintenance Our apartment maintenance technician performs a variety of tasks throughout the day. The day to day in the maintenance department involves maintaining our property with interior and exterior repairs and upkeep, responding to resident request for a variety of calls for repairs, prepare and assist in market ready units for the next resident.
