REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS Must be a TECH III
- with 7+ years of experience, high level of knowledge and skill level - will be expected to be able to train other technicians of lower skill level.
- Technical or Trade school degree preferred, or a combination of a High School Diploma or plus 2 years of experience in a maintenance occupation in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of industrial electricity
- Working knowledge of energy sources for each piece of utility equipment in assigned area (electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic, etc.). PLC experience a plus
- Ability to maintain plant utilities (lighting, water systems, drain systems, etc.)
- Ability to work independently when directed.
- Basic understanding of schematics and blue prints
- Basic understanding of various diagnostic equipment including but not limited to ohms meters, voltage meters, etc. Basic knowledge and understanding of power equipment including cut-off saws, demo-saws, drills, etc.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all OSHA and company regulations as they relate to the maintenance field (Lock Out Tag Out, Personal Protective Equipment, etc.)

Liaison Car Wash Start-Up Activities between Development & Construction to Operations

Assistance in increasing car wash location uptime and decrease of car wash downtime through various operational & mechanical facets
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals in needed capacity
Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce equipment downtime
Replace and repair defective parts, using appropriate tools and equipment
Install and wire new electrical components
Test and calibrate equipment to meet operational and safety standards
Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment
Order replacement parts as needed to support continuous operations
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair logs
Report recurring issues to management and propose long-term solutions, including necessary updates or replacements
Comply with all OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times
Qualifications:
