Responsible for upkeep and repair of plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical systems on campus. Care for grounds including landscaping, trash and snow removal. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency of guests and staff. 3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC). 4.
