Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
Camp Facility Maintenance
Assist in the care for, maintenance of, and general cleanliness of camp facilities and grounds including roads, fences, and buildings
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction projects
Ensure property and program equipment and machinery are safe, in well-functioning working order, and in clean condition
Ensure risk is managed by prioritizing safety-related projects and needs, facilitating swift and timeline completion
Assist in camp facility preparation for changing weather conditions
Performs some tasks autonomously under the direction of supervisor
Cross Functional Work
Deliver emergency support during on-site incidents
In coordination with the camp team, support as needed with camp property usage including customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, housekeeping and cleaning, and other operational logistics
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members
Administration and Collaboration
Manage limited administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner
Participate in supervisory and camp meetings for planning purposes, communication resolutions, and carrying out assignments
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to the property, staff, volunteers, and campers
Follow applicable policies, procedures, and standards set by Girl Scouts Safety Activity Checkpoints, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations

Position Overview:
Performs routine maintenance support of production equipment and machine building. Trouble shoots and repairs equipment electrical and/or mechanical malfunctions. Writes/re-writes/revise PMs for any piece of equipment in BU.
Complete at least one PM as an individual or team member for every classification of equipment in BU.

We are looking for maintenance tech to support our existing and future liquid CO2 cleaning machines that we use to power textile circularity. This role will mostly be working on the warehouse floor with our machines to keep them running, clean, and in good working order. We are a small but fast growing and moving team so you will have a lot of responsibility. There is plenty of room for advancement as the team and company grow.
Tersus operates out of three warehouses around the Denver Area. Two are in Englewood (Dartmouth and Santa Fe) and one in north Denver (I-25 and 58th). We also have partners around the United States that will be using our machines that require service once a quarter. You will need to be able to fly out to complete maintenance checks and ensure that the machines are running optimally.
What you will be doing:
Maintaining equipment the company uses, including but not limited to:
Our high pressure CO2 cleaning equipment
Industrial water washers and industrial dryers
Chillers, boilers, hot water heaters and air compressors
Down extraction equipment (large shredder, separation equipment, dust collectors)
Forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Helping with installing and modifying warehouse racking as needed
Other General building maintenance.
Adhering to the Maintenance Schedules for machines
Help develop and manage a spare parts list and inventory, setting restock points and running regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Coordinating with vendors and contractors as maintenance requires it (HVAC tech, state boiler inspectors, washing machine tech, etc).
Keep spare parts inventory and the tool area organized.
Reading control diagrams and P&ID's to solve issues and trace problems, translating those documents into the physical machines.
If everything is working well, you may be asked to flex into one of the operations (down recycling, recommerce, or Fire decontamination) to help teams with production. However, your main focus will be keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
The majority of the time you will be on the warehouse floor working on fixing machines and ensuring everything is operating smoothly.

We are seeking a Marine Multi Craft Maintenance Coordinator to join our Eastern Region Terminal Maintenance Department.
The Eastern Region Terminal Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining the reliability and integrity of the SPMs (Single Point Mooring) through the daily, weekly, monthly checks and will be engaged in marine hose and hawsers replacements.
Your primary role is to analyze the data with the divers/diver's report and make recommendations for type of actions/repairs.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Daily SPM checks, weekly inspection, preventive and reactive maintenance of Saudi Aramco offshore CALM and SALM Single Point Mooring (SPMs).
Working with the team on the maintenance boat to ensure safe and efficient completion of both scheduled and emergency offshore work.
Replace and change-out of all kind of marine hoses including subsea, full float, half float, etc.
Perform single point mooring (SPM) CALM bearing assessment and provide reports.
Maintain and replace subsea valves and perform direct grease injection operations.
Replace and change mooring hawsers.
Coordinate oil spills clean ups.
Ensure and implement the highest safety and environmental standards governed by Saudi Aramco Safety and Environmental Procedures and Polices.
Work under SPM area foreman supervision to coordinate all the work activities and assignments.
Communicate constantly with all stakeholders to coordinate workboat operations and safely complete the assigned activities.
Communicate with lead diver to coordinate all diving inspection and repair work.
Maintain adequate tools and materials on the workboat to carry out normal maintenance.
Report the work progress on daily basis or whenever there is a need to SPM area foreman.
Coordinate work activities of SPM removal, installations, and T&I/Repair maintenance with barges and support boats.
Participate with the team on Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis preparation and development.
Train and mentor young workforce on boat.
Minimum requirements
You must hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or High Diploma in Mechanical/Diving.
Fifteen (15) years of experience in marine maintenance (offshore SPMs and marine hoses), oil operation, crane/rigging and diving operations.
Able to live and work on a marine vessel located permanently offshore side.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting
Must lift items from levels that include: floor level or from below the knee; knee through chest level and above the shoulder level that may weigh in excess of 50 pounds using assistance. Items to be lifted may include, but are not limited to: bags of fertilizer, bags of seed, paint drums, tables, tree limbs.
Carrying, Maneuvering, Pushing and Pulling
May manipulate (push, pull or carry) items weighing excess of 75 pounds with assistance as described; bleachers, picnic tables, mower decks. Must be able to manipulate items weighing in excess of 75 pounds where manipulation should only be performed using mechanical or second person lift assistance: (jumping jack compactor, boulders, sander plates, concrete pipe and inlet grates). Heavy Work:

Body Positions
Required positions may include awkward postures.
Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. This factor is important if the amount and king of climbing required exceeds that required for ordinary locomotion.
Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces. This factor is important if the amount and kind of balancing exceeds that needed for ordinary locomotion and maintenance of body equilibrium.
Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.
Kneeling: Bending legs forward by bending leg and spine.
Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine. Crawling: Moving about on hands and knees or hands and feet.
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time. Stands and moves about on both even and uneven terrain. Sits to operate equipment and drive between jobs. Drives to and between sites, which includes entering and exiting a vehicle multiple times per day.
Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances.
Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. Must be able to handle and assemble small delicate parts.
Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers or palms. Uses torque to manipulate equipment and valves.
Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching the skin, particularly that of fingertips.
Repetitive Motions: Substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Motions can be repetitive, e.g., such as when raking and/or shoveling.
Hearing
Must be able to hear and respond to in person and/or telephone communication. Must also hear radio transmissions and back-up alarms. Must be able to distinguish audible signals from equipment.
Vision
Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more) used for driving. Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point) needed for driving, scanning your surroundings, awareness of equipment in surroundings.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Majority of work is performed outdoors under various weather conditions. Other work environments include shop facilities and the greenhouse. Exposure to various chemical agents occasionally that are utilized in the park management field occurs. Works around water and electricity. All Lakewood employees are expected to work and complete all tasks in a safe manner consistent with training, standard operating procedures, City or Department policies, and common sense. Working in a safe manner includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with all City and/or Department safety rules. Horseplay on-the-job is strictly forbidden. The failure to work in a safe manner, use PPE, follow standard operating procedure or comply with a safety rule will result adverse employment consequences ranging from verbal discipline to termination from employment, including any applicable reduction in benefits under the Colorado Workers' Compensation Act. Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Parks Supervisor, Parks Seasonal Maintenance is responsible for assisting with all different types of maintenance activities within the parks system, including tree care, horticulture, irrigation, turf, and maintenance.
Essential Functions:
The following duties are an overview of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Parks Seasonal Maintenance Technicians and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
A. Assist in all areas of parks maintenance (i.e., plant care, weeding, mowing, trimming, and edging turf areas, maintenance and care of trees, maintenance of facilities including ball fields, shelters, playgrounds, trails, and lights, etc.).
B. Remove trash from parks, greenbelts, and facility grounds, empty trash containers and fill dog waste bag dispensers.
C. Know how to safely operate equipment and power tools including, but not limited to, riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, sod cutter, front-end loader, backhoe, dump truck, skid-steer, snow removal equipment, tree chipper, and stump grinder.
D. Consistently promote a positive, professional image of the District and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Ability to work a 40 hour per week schedule that could include some evenings, early mornings and weekends as conditions or programming schedules might dictate; ability to work seasonal hours from late spring to late fall.
