Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchens, guestrooms, event areas, offices, and public spaces. Repair irrigation or sprinkler systems and replace or install water heaters. Ensure adequate inventory of parts, chemicals, and supplies on service carts. Keep work areas clean and organized. Provide technical direction and training to team members as needed. Assist in cross-training efforts and support other departments as required. Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
