Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
• Three (3) years of HVAC experience is preferred • Possession of refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems • Use common tools of the HVAC trade in daily work (e.g multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.) • Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment • Identify maintenance risks on equipment • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems • Clean, adjust and repair systems, and performs warranty services • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act • Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements • Assist with customer queries inquiries • Complete other duties as assigned • Entry-level HVAC technicians encouraged to apply

12. Follow up with outside vendors to complete maintenance of the main facility as needed.

Maintenance Worker
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The maintenance worker is responsible for the general property upkeep of 604 affiliated buildings and surrounding grounds. While working around restaurant operational hours, the maintenance worker fulfills general repairs and routine maintenance on building systems. Tasks include painting, assembling, fixing, and cleaning equipment, furniture, landscape, and decor, in and around the facility as directed by the Facility Maintenance and Safety Manager, working closely with the General Manager of the assigned facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and the “General Policies and Procedures”.
Follows all work safety procedures, including reporting to the manager of any on-property injury, potential work hazards, or damage to property.
Oversee and participate in on-site and off-site event setup and breakdown, including transportation and staging of company equipment.
Maintain outside grounds.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including walkways, stairwells, signage, and common areas.
Maintain company vehicles, ensuring registration and annual inspections are current.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company furniture, fixtures, decor, and equipment as needed.
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
Take out and empty trash.
Change light bulbs.
Pressure wash stairs, mats, walk areas, etc.
Touch up paint and clean walls.
Maintain and clean proper signage.
Submit receipts for any work-related purchases in a timely manner for reimbursement.
Transporting of equipment
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 18 years of age or older, due to equipment and safety requirements.
Must possess a valid driver's license and clear driving record.
Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest and manager satisfaction.
Must be efficient and accurate with money and figures.
Must possess the manual ability to manipulate the POS and Time Clock systems.

Job Overview
Under direction of the Facility Supervisor, the General Maintenance Worker will provide the daily maintenance operations and activities for all assigned facilities. The incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates requests or problems where appropriate and completes the necessary repairs.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* The General Maintenance Worker will operate, maintain, repair, and install equipment, components, and systems that support the facility and infrastructure.
* Work involves planning and layout of work from blueprints, drawings, models, and verbal and written instructions.
* Uses a variety of hand tools, portable power tools, and standard measuring instruments.
* Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines. Able to do a variety of tasks in any single day.
* Coordinates with other trade personnel and the warehouse personnel in the identification of proper and correct materials, parts assemblies, and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task.
* Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.

POSITION PURPOSE
Provide a clean, safe and well-maintained hotel for our guest. To repair and maintain all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, ballrooms and function rooms, kitchens, restaurants, executive offices, back of house, roofs, parking, and electrical and mechanical rooms.

Maintenance Worker
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The maintenance worker is responsible for the general property upkeep of 604 affiliated buildings and surrounding grounds. While working around restaurant operational hours, the maintenance worker fulfills general repairs and routine maintenance on building systems. Tasks include painting, assembling, fixing, and cleaning equipment, furniture, landscape, and decor, in and around the facility as directed by the Facility Maintenance and Safety Manager, working closely with the General Manager of the assigned facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follows all work safety procedures, including reporting to the manager of any on-property injury, potential work hazards, or damage to property.
Oversee and participate in on-site and off-site event setup and breakdown, including transportation and staging of company equipment.
Maintain outside grounds.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including walkways, stairwells, signage, and common areas.
Maintain company vehicles, ensuring registration and annual inspections are current.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company furniture, fixtures, decor, and equipment as needed.
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
