Completes assigned projects within specified timeframes. 13. Utilizes equipment according to manufacturer safety guidelines. 14. Assists the Director of Facilities Management in performing fire drills. 15. In the absence of the Director of Facilities Management, responds to emergency maintenance calls 16. Stores seasonal decorations and storage as directed. 17. Follows yearly preventative maintenance schedule as prepared by Director of Facilities Management and ensures that work is completed as scheduled. 18. Completes preventative maintenance inspection slips and develops plan of action if further work is required. Submits preventive maintenance slips to Director of Facilities Management. 19. In conjunction with the Director of Facilities Management works collaboratively with the contracted fire inspectors. Performs hazard/safety/OSHA compliance inspections twice a year and maintains documentation of inspections. 21.
