Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections. Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times.
