There are no pros to list
Being “laid off” literally a week after the entire team was told no one would be
It’s impressive how people who do such a bad job are able to convince the company investors they are doing a good job while also continuously delivering a net loss revenue
Some holes are dug to deep
Acquiring a certificate in horticulture and and completing an externship with the company
It was fine* but sugar put on (anything) doesn’t make it a dessert.
There’s a point where the line between “representation” and “facade” becomes muddled and nothing more than a smoke show. Diversity doesn’t deliver performance and is irrelevant if you’re employees are unhappy and being laid off.
Being heard, received and considered, which is not what I experienced working at Maitri.
