Patient Intake - Manages the registration and flow of visitors to the dispensary by greeting patients, caregivers and visitors to ensure only approved persons gain access to the facility. Register patients and caregivers into the state mandated electronic tracking system. Prevent diversion of medical marijuana by ensuring that purchased amounts do not exceed patients' recommended limits. Ensure PA area and sales floor remain organized and free of clutter. Assist new patients with required paperwork, use the internal communication system to communicate new patient movement throughout dispensary to Pharmacy, security and other team members. Monitor all visitor activity to ensure visitors follow DOH mandated SOP's and use internal communication system to communicate visitor movement throughout dispensary to security and other team members. Ensure check-in area and lobby remain organized and free of clutter. Patient Advisor - Complete sales transactions with patients and caregivers and follow all cash management policies and ensure all required paperwork is completed properly. Maintain a compliant sales environment through use of the state mandated point-of-sale software, ensuring filled order matches order placed on menu order platform by reviewing each product with patient. Fast Track and Fulfillment - Complete and fill all orders placed within menu ordering platform and scan into state mandated point-of-sale software to ensure both accuracy of each order as well as dispensary inventory. Answer phone calls from patients regarding product information, order placement/changes/cancellations etc. Ensure fulfillment area remains organized and free of clutter. Patient Service - answer all incoming phone calls, maintain a detailed knowledge of all medical marijuana products in order to educate and advise patients and caregivers on types, methods and effectiveness of medical marijuana products. Assist patients in placing orders via menu ordering platform. Sales floor - assist patients in way finding throughout the dispensary, including connecting patients with onsite Pharmacist team, location of order pick-up, ATM, canpay options, educate patients on product and accessories options. Surveillance - Monitor computer-based surveillance systems. Watch for any unlawful or unsafe activity, keep an eye on surveillance feeds and inspect the grounds for possible hazards Housekeeping - assist with general housekeeping throughout the facility to ensure a clean work environment Position Requirements: Must demonstrate empathy and a passion for serving patients in need Excellent communication skills Customer service and/or retail experience a plus Must be able to thrive in a teamwork environment Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass state and federal criminal background checks Must be able to successfully complete a 2-hour online instructional course Basic math skills required Must demonstrate a proficiency for technology Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift moderate weights (up to 35 lbs.) Record keeping and data tracking to ensure compliance with industry requirements Monitor, clean and maintain all trim and packaging equipment and operate all equipment safely in its intended manner. Complete all orders of products or trimmed cannabis as delegated from Processing Supervisor in an efficient and timely manner, meeting all necessary deadlines Request equipment maintenance, purchases, and repairs with the Processing Manager as a need is noticed Performing duties as needed outlined in the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules Executing and enforcing compliance of all local and state regulations. Follow weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business needs Labeling and organizing customer orders Adhere to all safety, security and compliance policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Processing Supervisor. The Manufacturing Technician maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities Execute the preparation, production and packaging of cannabis products. Trimming, weighing marijuana flower and packaging and labeling across the company processing department. Record keeping and data tracking to ensure compliance with industry requirements Coordinate waste disposal upon completion of each order and ensure policies and procedures for waste disposal are adhered to. Ensuring waste is properly stored, either in the Plant Trash Bins or the General/Non-Plant Trash Bins. Ensuring products are properly stored and labeled. Audit and record all weights of all cannabis material given by Processing Lead/Supervisor from start to order completion on the appropriate Control Sheet. Immediately informing Processing Lead/Supervisor of any discrepancies in weights. Record keeping and data tracking to ensure compliance with industry requirements Monitor, clean and maintain all trim and packaging equipment and operate all equipment safely in its intended manner. Complete all orders of products or trimmed cannabis as delegated from Processing Supervisor in an efficient and timely manner, meeting all necessary deadlines Request equipment maintenance, purchases, and repairs with the Processing Manager as a need is noticed Performing duties as needed outlined in the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules Executing and enforcing compliance of all local and state regulations. Follow weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business needs Labeling and organizing customer orders Adhere to all safety, security and compliance policies and procedures. Upholding all the company policies and procedures.
