Adam joined Majesco as Chief Executive Officer in 2018.

Prior to joining the company, Adam served as President of Global Field Operations and member of the Executive Leadership team at CA Technologies, a $4.5B Fortune 500 organization and business partner to the world’s largest companies. There he led high-performing teams who helped businesses grow across emerging markets and supported many of the world’s most powerful enterprise organizations through their digital transformation journey by helping them become more agile, more secure, and more capable of solving critical challenges and delivering innovation to adapt to changing market demands.

Under his direction, CA evolved from legacy software vendor to digital transformation leader across DevOps, API Management, Security and Agile Management. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Sciences in Management and Information Systems from New York University.

Adam currently sits on the Board at Optanix, an IT Service Management company, and at PENCIL.org, a non-profit that connects businesses with schools to provide advancement opportunities for students in underserved communities.

Manish Shah is a President and Chief Product Officer at MAJESCO, Board Member at Cover-All Technologies Inc, and Exec VP:Products at MAJESCO and is based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. He has worked as Exec VP/CTO at Cover-All Technologies Inc. Manish D. studied at Columbia University and The M S University Of Baroda.

Ed Ossie is a Chief Operating Officer at MAJESCO, Chairman Advisory Board at Certtech LLC, and Board Member at Social Security Solutions and is based in Leawood, Kansas. He has worked as Board Member at Majescomastek, Non Executive Director at Innovation AutoRisk Pvt. Ltd. (Delhi), and President/CEO at Kitchen Encounters. Edward attended Missouri State University.

As a Global Executive Sales Leader & Business Transformation Strategist, I manage sales strategy and high-performing teams, focusing on improving sales execution and operations, refining systems and procedures, and sustaining business growth at scale.

Technology is changing the way consumers interact with companies, and modern organizations have to focus on selling outcomes versus selling a product or solution. This means finding new ways to engage with customers and deliver amazing experiences across the entire value chain in order to outperform and outcompete in today’s market. It will require transformational leadership and a clear understanding of how to add value to achieve aggressive goals.

I have driven major GTM activities including channel strategy, solution delivery, messaging/sales plays, field marketing, and demand generation - with an award-winning track record in Global Sales & Operations leading large-scale initiatives in the international marketplace. I have a solid understanding of KPIs and have built and managed a global sales force responsible for $2.5B in revenue and 100s of millions in bookings annually.

I’m proud to be known as a transparent, honest leader, and have built the trajectory of my career on consistency, a discipline of action and strategic course correction, among other core principles. It has been very rewarding to mentor the next generation of executive leaders, teaching strategies for success in the IT industry.

Throughout my career, I’ve established an extensive executive network with Global 1000 companies. I’ve negotiated multi-million dollar deals, enterprise license agreements, and major distribution partnerships, and have enjoyed diverse opportunities as an executive advisor, providing various areas of expertise in business and industry thought leadership.

Joe joined the Majesco Leadership Team in October 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads Majesco’s global finance and operations organizations where he’s responsible for solidifying the company’s ability to capitalize on the growing demand for software solutions that deliver digital transformation at speed and scale.

Prior to joining Majesco, Joe held several positions in the Sales Operations and Finance areas at Compuware, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, Joe played an integral role in the sale of Compuware to Thoma Bravo. Under the ownership of Thoma Bravo, Compuware went through a very successful transformation. Joe was key to this transformation resulting in a declining company becoming a growing company while also successfully integrating several acquisitions.

Joe is known as a seasoned finance expert who brings extensive experience and a proven track record in driving growth for enterprise software companies. Joe holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a BA in Economics from The University of Michigan Dearborn.

Lauren Holmes is a Chief Information Officer at MAJESCO.

Melissa joined as the company's chief human resources officer in October 2019. She is responsible for the full scope of human capital disciplines for Majesco's worldwide workforce and for transforming the company's strategy for discovering, attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.

Melissa previously worked at Mastercard, where she was vice president, Global HR for the Data & Services organization. Prior to this, she spent her career with CA Technologies where she held an array of HR leadership positions and was responsible for creating and executing holistic talent strategies that enabled positive business outcomes.
