Mikkel Svane is an author and entrepreneur. He wrote a book called "Startupland" and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Zendesk, which he cofounded in 2007. Svane was born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1971.

David J. Wagner joined Zix as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2016 and also serves as a member of Zix’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Zix, Dave held leadership roles at Entrust for 20 years. Most recently he served as President of Entrust from 2013 through 2015, where he led the successful integration of Entrust after its acquisition by Datacard. Dave delivered revenue growth and led the re-investment strategy to move Entrust solutions to the cloud. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Entrust from 2003 to 2013. Kris Hagerman joined Sophos in 2012 as CEO. He is responsible for all aspects of Sophos’ strategic direction and business operations. Prior to Sophos, Kris was CEO of Corel Corporation. Previously, Kris served as group president, data center management at Symantec, where he led a business of more than $1.5 billion that represented nearly 30 percent of Symantec’s global revenue. Prior to Symantec, Kris was executive vice president and GM, storage and server management at Veritas Software where during his tenure, the company grew from $1.0 billion in revenue to more than $2.0 billion, prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Earlier in his career, Kris was founder and CEO of BigBook, an online yellow pages service and founder and CEO of Affinia, an online contextual advertising network. Kris also held positions at Silicon Graphics and McKinsey & Company.

Gil Shwed is the founder and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shwed is considered the inventor of the modern firewall and authored several patents, such as the company’s Stateful Inspection technology
