James W. Butcher
Chemonics

An international development consultant with over 20 years of experience in more than 70 countries worldwide, currently serving as executive vice president and as a member of the Board of Directors of Chemonics International Inc. Provides strategic and operational management for a variety of units and supports Chemonics’ CEO and president in ensuring the firm achieves its vision, mission, and key result targets. Currently oversees Chemonics’ Global Health and Supply Chain Office, which comprises more than 1,500 global staff. Throughout his career, has proven his management capabilities; high aptitude for facilitating and leading groups with different agendas toward a common goal; excellent presentation skills; results orientation; and enthusiasm and commitment to improving the lives of people in developing countries.

After working in the Staffing Industry for more than 15 years for large corporations; I opened Nexpro Personnel Services, Inc. in 2001 as a way to redefine industry standards rather than be defined by them. My vision was to bring a “Personal Attention Approach”; an innovative way of bringing the best of the past to the present-maintaining real human connections to achieve success in an increasingly impersonal social landscape.
