• Converting raw materials into a finished good product that meets quality expectations.
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.
• Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others.
• Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Supporting safety by bringing forth any unsafe factors and making suggestions on safer ways to do the job.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Willing to work Nights, 12 hour shifts, Weekend and Overtime

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Post High School Education
• Coating Operations Experience

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Hourly pay rate starting at $25.11 + a $1.00 shift differential

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
