Erik Carlson is DISH’s President and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s DISH TV and Sling TV businesses. A DISH veteran since 1995, Erik has held numerous roles throughout the company. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. (IBS), and Assistant Director of the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell office in Bogota, Colombia. Prior to this, Mr. Ramos worked for the Office of the President of Colombia and taught economics at Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Externado in Bogota. Mr. Ramos received a degree in Economics (1993), a degree in Law (1994) and a postgraduate degree in Financial Law (1995) from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
