Will receive direction andguidance from corporate IT, Networks, Desktop, and Security for IT standards,policies, and procedures as it relates to topics listed below. Travel is arequirement in this position, based on needs, necessities, and projects. Networking - Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions andmajor modifications to the supporting local IT infrastructure. - Implements network security at the local level as established by CorporateSecurity Director. - Oversees the administration and maintenance of the site s ITinfrastructure, and directs ITsupportpersonnel when necessary. - Oversees the administration of the company's LAN. Telephony - Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephonesystematthe national and local levels. - Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments. Training and Lab Maintenance - Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and provides additionalsupportif necessary. InternalSystems - Oversees troubleshooting,systemsbackups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expertsupportwhen necessary. - Works with project teams tohelpimplement internalsystems. HelpDesk Administration - Oversees allhelpdesk activities at theregionaland local levels. - Responds to escalatedhelpdesk issues. - Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software. - Interacts with internal clients on all levels tohelpresolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. Asset Management - Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the local purchase of hardware and software products. - Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the local level. Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly. - Designs, and prepares daily and monthly reports as needed by corporate and the General Manager - Overall responsibility for the management of good sanitation and safety practices through out the warehouse technology areas. Minimum Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who canimplement and manage all warehouse distribution programs as directed bycorporate, the Human Resource Manager, and the General Manager. - Extremely high level of Computer Networking, WMS, and TMSsystemliteracywith knowledge and certifications in LAN if needed. - Logistics knowledge, EDI knowledge, troubleshooting knowledge required toprovide expeditedsupport. - Management skills for high level tiersupport. - College level training or a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in the areas ofsystemsmanagement.

DOE Morning Shift: 5AM-Until finish Rotating schedule 5-6 days a week Ensure production line is running 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Ensure specified ingredients are present in correct locations 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time (i.e. meats, breads, cheese, wrap, sauces, etc.). Ensure equipment is in correct locations 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time (i.e. scoop, utensils, film holders, label machine, check operation of electric knives, weight check scale, tape dispenser, red totes, etc.). Ensure machine operator has properly setup wrapping machine 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time (i.e. specified film, settings, machine warmed up, completed test run, etc.). Check with supervisor for special operating instructions for the day (i.e. special orders, specification changes, scheduled substitutions, new items, etc.) Be at or near the head production line 1 minute prior to scheduled start time. Ensure assembly of product is in accordance with written specification (i.e. ingredient placement, ingredient quantity, packaging, label application, etc.). Adjust personnel to balance the line in order to ensure back-ups do not occur. Ensure accurately quantity of finished product is produced (no shortages or overruns). Ensure employees follow specified sanitation procedures between product runs, (i.e. removal of ingredients, sanitize assembly belt, clean wrapping machine, etc.) Inspect clean-up personnel's completed tasks prior to dismissing them. Accurately complete daily production reports as assigned.
