What role will you play
Artisent Floors is adding an Account Manager to our team in Tulsa. As an Account Manager, you will have four core responsibilities:
● Make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities
● Measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers

As the SSHO, you will be responsible for managing, communicating, implementing, and enforcing compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 385-1-1, Tepa's Accident Prevention Plan and other accepted safety and health submittals.
Job Functions:

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. **What you'll do**
+ Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground
+ Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network's circuit post-installation
+ Ensure all splicing operations meet strict customer and industry standards
+ Upgrade existing fiber sheaths with new fiber sheaths
+ Mid-sheath fibers for entry on loose tube or fiber sheaths
+ Cut away the sheath from existing cables to reach faulty connections, and remove the sheath and insulation from newly installed cables and wires
+ Provide guidance to other splicers, as needed
+ Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles, including fluid checks
+ Document work performed through daily production reports, including marking up maps and keeping correct material usage records
+ Other duties as assigned
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
+ Valid State driver's license (cannot be considered Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
+ Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
+ At least two years of fiber splicing experience
Additional qualifications
+ Certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency as a pole climber, is preferred
+ Knowledge of telecommunications network structure
**Physical abilities & exposures**
+ **Routinely:** work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
+ **Occasionally** : work in confined spaces, use ladder and gaffs for climbing poles, keyboard and mouse

May also run power compaction tools. * Installs and repairs wet and dry utility pipe including sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems. * Helps move pipe into trenches, lays pipe in trench, helps initial backfill.
* Connects pipe pieces and seal joints, using appropriate tools and materials to secure pipe.
* Assembles pipe to pass all requires pressure tests.
* Works with and monitors fellow workers to insure safety and productivity.
* Performs pre task planning tasks.
* Experience operating equipment within a Pipe Crew environment such as an excavator or loader is preferred but not necessary.
* Experience operating equipment safely and productively in and around active highway traffic under Maintenance of Traffic conditions and live traffic on a highway construction project is preferred.
* General housekeeping, light maintenance of equipment, proper care of equipment, operating the equipment without damaging it along with maintenance checks of equipment including reporting usage/utilization hours on a daily basis.
* Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning loads in response to hand or audio signals from other crew members.
Required Experience:
At least 2 years' of experience laying pipe in Highway Construction is required.
Required Skills:
* Strength and Endurance: Pipe Layer positions are physically demanding, and a high level of physical fitness is required.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills are necessary as proper completion of an assigned job and working safe will be highly dependent upon this ability.
* Flexibility: Ability to work in a number of diverse locations is pertinent, as work locations may change daily.
* Coordination: Balance, depth perception and eye-hand coordination are critical.
* Expected Hours: Hours will vary by job, location and season. Working a night shift may be required.
* Work Ethic: Dedicated and hard working.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project
* Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team
* CPM schedule creation and updating/communicating
* Last Planner/White Board crew scheduling
* RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes and other site communication
* Act as a project analyst to assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project success
* Provide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change orders
