About the Role:
The Sr. Field Mechanic with MYR Group you'll travel to project sites across the designated service area, supporting our field teams. You'll use your skills to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor equipment repairs safely and professionally. Location Details:This position will ideally be located in Troutdale, OR.
Travel Details: This position requires travel throughout Northern California, Oregon, and Washington states, (including overnight) to project locations, supporting teams to ensure successful operation of the equipment. At times, the Mechanic will be required to respond to emergencies outside regular work hours and work overtime including weekends and holidays. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. When travel is required, meals and lodging will also be provided.

Essential Functions
This is considered an advance-level skilled or career level position
Perform mechanic assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific work situations
Perform a full range of servicing and repairs on various types of fleet equipment, including malfunctioning parts and systems. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company schedules
Frequently travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of equipment. Must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
May provide oversight for less experienced mechanics
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs
Identify mechanical problems either visually or with computer diagnostic equipment
Maintain records of time and materials used on each job, the condition of the equipment, and the repairs performed
Track information in computer software; ensure repair orders and weekly timesheets are complete and accurate
Conduct safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation
Work in accordance with DOT, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Interstate Authority, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and other rules and regulations as required
Participate in training programs; maintain and update safety skills and knowledge; keep current with hazardous material training requirements
Other duties as assigned

About You:
Qualifications
Must have five years of experience in general heavy truck repair, automotive repair, or equipment repair; equivalent trade school/technical school time may be applied toward this requirement OR have completed a vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in vehicle and equipment repair and have four years of experience.
Must be capable of operating company vehicles and equipment on a daily basis. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report.
A valid Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) is desired but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper the flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation. The Coordinator will assist in WO processing and proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, and RFI & RFD document processing. Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating job files and controlled forms/logs. You'll provide coordination and administrative support for project managers including tracking schedule, setting up meetings and organizing travel and catering.
**Skill:** Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
**Job Complexity:** Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

About this Role
Winco, Inc. offers helicopter-assisted services for traditional electric maintenance and construction. As an aerial lineman, you'll play a critical role in the installation, inspection, and repair of high-voltage transmission systems, working from helicopters. This position demands expert knowledge of electrical components and the ability to perform complex tasks such as mid-span operations, wire clipping, and equipment installation while maintaining strict safety standards.
What You'll Do
Have vast knowledge of the transmission electrical system and its components.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical transmission systems, including conduits, cables, wires, and related equipment.
Work from helicopters, climb poles or use truck-mounted buckets to access equipment.
Clip/unclip wire from the helicopter skid, HEC line, towers and ladders.
Dead end wire from the helicopter skid, HEC line, Dead end boards and ladders.
Maintain positive control of the wire during mid-span operations from the skid or HEC line.
Cut out/Press mid span sleeves, install mid span equipment including markerballs, spacers, bird diverts and related equipment.
String wire conductors and cables between poles, towers, setting lines in place and using rigging to adjust tension.
Inspect power lines and identify problems.
Test power lines for the presence of electricity, using testing equipment.
Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
Adhere to safety practices and procedures, such as checking equipment and PPE daily.
Erect/maintain structures and their components.
Direct and teach laborers, apprentices, and groundmen.
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Adhere to all DOT laws/regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
* Must be a current member or able to join Laborers#737.
* Operate equipment safely and efficiently by utilizing equipment within its designed parameters.
* Locate utilities and other buried lines prior to digging.
* Shovel earth/dirt to prepare ground trenches for pipes.
* May dig up existing ground pipes and other debris with manual tools as needed.
* Guide pipes into place while equipment operator maneuvers pipes attached with chains/guide wires.
* Attach trench box to chains/guide wires so it can be lowered or lifted by the equipment operator.
* Attach pipes to chains/guide wires.
* Cut pipe and connect pipe using misc. tools, lubricants, glue/grout.
* Build couplings, connectors, and mechanical joints using parts and tools.
* Set up and move laser level/tripod and pipe lasers.
* Perform job site clean-up.
* Fence off job site areas for safety purposes. Set up barricades and safety cones.
* Perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.
* Keep machines clean and maintained.
* Knowledge of trenching and shoring standards.
* Keep time and material records.
* Travel to and from various locations.
* Routinely assist other members of the workforce in different areas of production.
* May operate heavy equipment to include front end loader, excavator, backhoe, or other equipment as needed.
