Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:

Job Duties:
Supervising Client Registration Representatives duties to ensure client registration, all associated documentation and scheduling is complete and accurate per Administrative Rules of Montana, MRWH needs and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) standards, including working closely with all leadership for efficient and effective workflow processes.
Enforcing company policies and procedures; ensuring department procedures are being observed and enacted effectively and accurately; and communicating with providers and other departments to ensure successful clinic operations.
Responsible for overall processes and procedures to ensure that all clients are being connected in a timely manner with appropriate service providers for their needs, including coordinating as necessary with community agencies and providers.
Manages verbal, electronic, and written communications between medical, clinical, addictions and any other direct service employees necessary to ensure that all clients are seen by the right provider at the scheduled time.
Overseeing cash collections, petty cash, and reviewing posting reports to ensure accuracy of client account balances.
Supervising processes for reviewing client eligibility documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensuring client insurance authorizations have been completed, insurance/funding sources and eligibility are properly entered into the electronic health records and working directly with Client Financial Services for successful billing.
Provide training to employees and implement employee development. Tracks employee training progress for compliance with training matrix and individual program requirements.
Responsible for the opening/closing monitoring oversight in all MRWH locations with a front desk support team.
Monitor departmental budget monthly and report variances.
Coordinate with Human Resources for recruitment, employee evaluations, performance improvement plans, hiring, and recommending terminations.
May be required to work additional hours as necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and valid vehicle insurance; will be traveling to all MRWH locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent associates degrees in a related human service or business field and one year's experience in leadership is required.
Graduation from high school or GED and a combination of relevant experience equaling at least five years may be considered.
Master's degree in business with one year's experience is preferred.
Supervisor experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Word, Excel, multi-phones, and customer service required.

Manage all day-to-day operations of the Family Service Office.
Work within the approved budget to provide emergency food and direct financial assistance in the form of emergency rent, utilities and prescriptions.
Perform and oversee casework services to include client interviews, needs assessments, and case management.
Assure adherence to all funding source guidelines (Siebel, EFSP, etc.).
Maintain an active information and referral system with other service providers.

Maintain compliance with Montana Food Bank Network (MFBN) partner agency agreements and Grocery Rescue Program requirements. Act as point person for all communications, agreements MOU/MOA's with MFBN and Feeding America. All MOU/MOA's are to be submitted to the Corps Officer for approval after Divisional approval and/or signature is secured.
Prepare and submit reports and statistics in accordance with due dates.
Maintain all fuel and charge receipts in accordance with Salvation Army policy. Turn in receipts daily or as soon as possible to the Administrative Assistant / Finance Clerk.
Direct supervision of Case Workers and Warehouse Staff.
Oversight of Warehouse operations. Delegate as necessary:
Maintain an adequate supply of food.
Manage and rotate emergency food assistance supplies as needed in accordance with applicable health codes. Health Card may be required within 60 days of hire as well as a current tetanus shot.
Maintain all refrigeration units in good operating order and cleanliness. Report all malfunctions and necessary repairs to the Corps Officer.
Coordinate all food distribution preparations for each day of distribution.
Pick up all food and material donations for the Social Services Program as required per donor(s). As needed, drive box truck to pick up food. All donations are to be properly documented and brought immediately to the Social Services Warehouse.
Directing and unloading of all deliveries.
Manage safety while deliveries are being made by large trucks to ensure proper safety precautions are in place and that no unauthorized personnel are in the unloading areas of the warehouse.
Maintain all vehicles assigned to Social Services in good operating order and cleanliness. All general maintenance schedules are to be completed every six months or as needed to include proper maintenance for cold weather operations. Report all necessary repairs to the Corps Officer.
Maintain cleanliness, janitorial needs and maintenance of the entire Warehouse and Social Services facilities to include the surrounding properties daily.
Conduct a weekly property inspection of the entire Social Services facility and surrounding properties to determine needs and maintenance schedule.
All proper safety equipment to include safety harnesses for lifting, hand trucks and other devices are to be maintained in proper working order and inspected after use. Items not in good working order are not to be used and immediately reported to the Corps Officer.
Coordinate with Great Falls Pre-Release Center Aftercare Program and Community Service Office as needed. Complete all GFPRC Forms as required.
Volunteer recruitment, training (proper lifting, cleaning work areas, food rotation and proper cleaning and storage of perishable foods) and supervision. Maintain a record of volunteer hours and report monthly.
Supervise third party volunteer work program participants (i.e. Easterseals/Goodwill workers), utilizing contracts/agreements as a guideline.

Assist Controller/CFO on payment analysis for the various commercial payers as it relates to fee schedules, contracts, and the various plan offerings under each insurance plan.
Reviews and investigates the gaps in providers that are credentialed with client insurances and receives approval from Controller/CFO.
Oversees maintenance, updates of the relevant modules, set-up, and data tables in the electronic health record systems and related billing engines.
Collaborates with the Revenue Cycle team to ensure billing functions are being maintained or added as necessary in the electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Team for improved data mining and financial reporting tools as it relates to revenue cycle.
Collaborates with other departments/programs to achieve workflow efficiencies and monitor and implement changes needed to ensure effective and timely billing and cash collection.
Collaborates with the front desk Intake employees for billing procedures, insurances, client payments, petty cash, etc.
Working in collaboration with Controller/CFO and accounting employees as it relates to revenue cycle management.
Adhere to HR/Company policies and procedures, evaluate, and approve time cards, and time off requests.
Comply with all CMS, Federal and State regulations, payor guidelines and ensure consistent and complaint coding application.
Directs resolution of billing and payment issues and ensures proper communication to executive and program leadership in accordance with established parameters.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business related field required.
Eligibility may be established on the basis of six (6) years experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum three (3) years progressive experience in health care billing field, preferably mental health services.
This experience should include supervisory and/or leadership duties.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the service counter as well as by phone and taking care of their needs using our Elite Support processes and standards. All aspects of transaction, from taking appointment to completing invoice and collecting from customer.
Assist fellow service office employees with managing schedule and workload.
Manage technician time and monitor repair progress for maximum efficiency.
Work with parts department by gathering information to complete repair estimates before updating customer for approval.
Work with outside vendors for sublet work needed on customer units.
Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.
Service Advisor Requirements:
Basic computer skills and knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
