Benefit package is robust.
Manufacturing office manager gate keeps and does not like ethnic or other cultures. Manager recruits for group bullying.
Time off
CEO was rarely at facility so I had minimal interaction.
The company needs more diversity which I don't believe will be possible with the current management team and the micro-aggressions displayed by the office Manager.
I read about the company, but be aware the philosophies are not at all displayed.
Mediocre
It's 99% white when I left they had one black person working for them and that person was fully remote.
Nothing the place is cubicles no windows, just depressing and the office Manger blasts the AC with no concerns for others.
