Arty Straehla has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since our formation on June 3, 2016. Mr. Straehla has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Mammoth Partners since February 1, 2016. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Straehla was employed as Chief Executive Officer by Serva Group LLC, an oilfield equipment manufacturer, from July 2010 to January 2016. Mr. Straehla was employed by Diamondback Energy Services, Inc. from January 2006 to November 2008, where his last position was Chief Executive Officer. In December 2005, Mr. Straehla completed a 26-year career with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. where his last position was the director of consumer tire manufacturing for the North American consumer tire operations. In this capacity, Mr. Straehla oversaw eight tire plants with 12,000 employees, a $2.5 billion operating budget, a $115.0 million capital expenditures budget and a production capacity of 100 million tires per year. Mr. Straehla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts degree in History from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Straehla also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University.
