Job Purpose

Provides accounting services by implementing administrative systems, data entry, account reviews, purchase orders, and vendor maintenance.

Essential Functions

* Vouches incoming invoices against the PO and reconciles as necessary with field operations and the vendor.
* Vouches Accounts Payable invoice through both the direct entry.
* Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
* Provides information to outside parties by answering questions and requests.
* Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the assigned ledgers
* Maintain excellent working relationship with external supplier and operations
* Regular reporting and analysis to key senior managers in the business
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

* Bachelors degree preferred

Experience:

* Proficiency in Microsoft operating system and suite of tools preferred
* Experience with SAP Concur, preferable, but not required.

Mechanic - Field (34156)

A Day in the Life of a Field Mechanic:

* Inspect, analyze, test, measure, and repair all equipment as needed by Stingray
* Perform full or partial overhauls on any of the assemblies and sub-assemblies of diesel or hydraulic systems
* Perform entire engine disassembly and assembly
* Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
* Clean and lubricate parts and equipment
* Test-run repaired equipment to ensure adequacy of repairs
* Manage inventory
* Observe, test, and evaluate operation of machinery, engines, and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction

Qualifications

Field Engineer (34151)

The Field Engineer will work on location to learn daily operations of completions servicing. Includes functions of all equipment, sand, chemicals, water testing, billing, reporting, and software. Provide insights and information to operations and client.
A Day in the Life of a Field Engineer:

* Effectively coordinate a job in the data van with little to no supervision
* Knows the basic, but important functions of the computer software
* Edit formulas, produce reports, graph, and assist and answer questions about the software
* Assist Service Supervisors in tracking sand and chemicals to ensure proper delivery to the customer
* Quality assurance for chemical calibration test for chemical additives
* Operate the engineering station computer to provide real-time pressure and fracturing fluid monitoring, record data, produce reports and charts, and set-up job
* Produce an invoice after every stage to invoice to the customer
* Record all events on location into a log
* Keep track of sand and chemical inventories and oversee the quality assurance and quality control of fluids, chemicals, and sand
* Read and understand completion procedures
* Complete post hydraulic fracturing reports
* Provides on-the-job training and mentoring to a field engineer I
* Helps the crew with equipment maintenance and the rig up and rig down processes
* Answers any questions the customer may have about the job and software and provide advice through the use of industry application
* Assist senior engineers in the preparation of plans, calculations, reporting, etc.

The Elec. Tech will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and operations of communication instrumentation for fracturing equipment.
A Day in the life of an Electronics Tech:

* Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions
* Perform basic soldering and wiring termination techniques
* Build, repair, and maintain instrumentation and communication cables utilized on the fracturing equipment
* Read and understand electrical drawings and schematics, explain the connection symbols, and identify connections, components and terminal points
* Understand the basic function, connection and communication capability of all equipment utilized in the fracturing process
* Perform basic maintenance of computer systems including software and hardware updates
* Standardized forms, and reporting media
* Maintain daily work logs, paperwork requirements, and work orders as required

The Equipment Operators are responsible for the day to day maintenance and operations of tractors, pumping, sand, blending, and other operational equipment. Level of equipment operator depends on time with the company and previous experience in the field. Must be able to perform pre and post trip inspections.
A Day in the life of an Equipment Operator:

* Operation of pumps, blinding units, hydration unit, chemical unit, sand, and line equipment including iron, valves and well heads, and equipment including but not limited to those associated with cementing and water transfer
* Drive equipment over from yard and to site in all types of road and weather conditions. Includes interstate highways, county roads, and some off road situations
* Ability to install tire chains on equipment and vehicles as needed
* Accurately maintain all compliance paperwork including DOT logs, timesheets, post job documentation, etc.
* Perform maintenance on equipment as required
* Perform on-site quality assurance
* Adhere to all HSE and PPE requirements
* Wash and maintain all equipment as needed
