As a Commercial Estimator, you will play a crucial role in determining the cost structure of potential commercial projects. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can develop accurate estimates based upon plans and specifications while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project's financial success. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service - maintain relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with new customers.
