1st Shift: 7-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) We are looking for someone with CNC LATHE setup and operating experience. It will be huge plus if they know MAZAK machine control and experience with Y axis machining.
Operates various conventional and/or numerically controlled machining centers on semi complex jobs. Works from blueprints, sketches, planning sheets, verbal instructions, and/or engineering, tooling, or equipment information. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Works with limited guidance in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sets up and runs multiple production machines. Performs machine operations (including reworking parts) such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, and reaming parts. Performs machine operations where the materials, tooling, and sequence of operations have been pre planned and established. Makes necessary machine adjustments and reports improper machine functioning or cutting action for correction.
2. Aligns and fastens work using standard fixtures and established methods.
3. Installs and adjusts cutting tools consistent with type and size of material being machined.
4. Follows established manufacturing methods using standard production machines, materials, and tooling.
5. Adjusts feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to machine quality parts, per documentation.
6. Operates hand and power tools to deburr precision and complex machine parts in accordance with semi complicated engineering blueprints and route sheets to close tolerances.
7. Inspects parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as gages, calipers, micrometers and comparators. Uses various types of magnification equipment (including a microscope) to detect and avoid damage to surfaces and critical areas. Visually inspects parts for burrs or damaged machined surfaces.
8. Routinely maintains equipment to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability specific to division requirements.
9. Accurately and regularly performs statistical process control (SPC) specific to division requirements.
10. Actively implements lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Effectively applies lean concepts and tools in work area.
11. Observes all company policies and procedures, including safety rules, and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
12. Performs other related responsibilities, as requested.

Coordinate the fulfillment and delivery of completed transcript orders to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling requirements.
Communicate with clients, reporters, and internal teams regarding production status, order updates, and client requests.
Maintain and monitor production equipment, coordinating service or repairs as needed.
Track and manage workflow needs related to transcript orders, production materials, and departmental resources.
Maintain accurate records such as production logs, order tracking logs, and exhibit logs.
Conduct performance audits, lead team meetings, and monitor production metrics and SLAs.
Approve timecards and assist with production coverage as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; legal services or litigation support preferred
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required

Write validation reports with recommendations for enhancing the business unit's MCA process, discuss results with business managers, track validation issues/CAPs, and verify rectification of issues with respective business units. • Assists the MCA Coordinator in the review of the MCA documents for efficiency/effectiveness, review and compilation of the quarterly test results for the MCA Facilitated Sessions and BRCC meetings. • Assists the MCA Coordinator in the management and implementation of BUSA's MCA Program. Provides consulting services to business managers and MCA staff in the identification and documentation of their business processes, related risks and controls, and developing comprehensive test program to validate effectiveness of the internal controls. • Administers updates and uploads of the quarterly test/monitoring results to the CitiRisk system. • Performs other tasks as directed by the MCA Coordinator such as new process/project reviews, issue research and reporting as well providing suggestions for MCA Awareness bulletins, etc.
Qualifications
• 3 years of Internal or External audit experience required • Three years of Operations, MCA, or risk management experience a plus • Education or experience in the principles of accounting, auditing, control MCA, operations (particularly wire transfer operations), and regulatory compliance is helpful • Personal Computer and presentation skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) • General working knowledge of bank laws and regulations • Skilled in oral and written communication. • Demonstrated ability to present, both in oral and written form, to all levels of mangement
