The management accounts manager is a person who looks after a company's account by providing appropriate financial information and undertakes related accounts administration. Your responsibilities include preparing reports and financial statements, undertaking financial administration, and ensuring spending is in line with budgets. Not only this, but also analyzing your company's financial performance and making longer-term forecasts, supervising a team of accounting technicians, developing financial policies, and recommending ways of cutting costs.

Furthermore, you are to work with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions, negotiate and obtain finance for major projects, control and forecast income and expenditure, and create business strategies to generate shareholder value.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or related field. To be a management accounts manager, you must have good oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and lead the team. Your average annual salary is $58,495.
