Structure and training

All entrances except one of the building are inaccessible to certain employees. Favoritism from supervisors based on personality instead of work ethic. Physically demanding and supervisors couldn't care less about injuries to their employees. Supervisors are picked straight out of BMW associates degree programs instead of the pool of employees who prove themselves worthy on a day to day basis. Promotion is nearly impossible even with employees who have spent 5+ years with them. No growth potential and severe underpayment.

None are worth putting your body on the line daily.

The fast pace

The hours are really long and I can't physically dude that kind of labor anymore because I'm getting older and I have a few health issues with my foot

Our giant cafeteria and break room I've never had one and the food in there is delicious and very very reasonably priced
