The Contract and Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization's business operations by managing contract lifecycles, contract audits, advanced data analytics, and opportunity identification to drive informed decision-making. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing spend data, optimizing sourcing strategies, and developing process improvement indicators to enhance contract performance and overall business outcome.

* Provide input to annual category planning, budget forecasting, and strategic supplier reviews with senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or a related field or equivalent Procurement Contracting/Purchasing experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
* Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba)

This position is responsible for overall execution of engineering, supply chain and operations activities for the Exploration Upper Stage Elements. This position reports to the SLS Exploration Upper Stage IPT Leader.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and ensures area and element readiness within the larger Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Characterizes and manages risks, issues, and opportunities with executable and relevant mitigation plans, and accurate financial impacts
Monitors metrics to manage IPT performance, identify program risk, and prioritize resource allocation
Reports status to program and executive leadership, both internal and with the customer
Maintains a high performing integrated team with a positive culture driven by Boeing values
Develops and maintains project baselines (technical, cost, schedule, requirements, configuration, etc.)
Implements program processes, and seek out process improvements to eliminate waste and drive execution

What You'll Do:
Work directly with our clinical staff members to handle and process data for clinical research trials
Accurately and efficiently package patient charting and review your own work for accuracy and quality.
General data collection for patient visits including patient questionnaires and entering data into multiple online systems
Communicate effectively with the study team on charting and patient data.

B.S or B.A from any accredited university preferred

Position Responsibilities:
Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating top-level plans and program metrics with a strong emphasis on financial and schedule baselines.
Develops program work structures, top-level programs and execution plans compliant with Earned Value Management (EVM) rules.
Lead Program control account manager (CAM) providing overall guidance to Integrated Product Team (IPT) CAMs
Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
Provides in-depth analysis of the project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3+ years experience in Earned Value Management
3+ years experience managing budgets/resources, including Control/Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
3+ years experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
3+ year of experience working with Project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with NASA Space programs or a related Space or Defense program
Experience working with suppliers
Experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
