* Principal Global Investors has an opportunity for Portfolio Management Associate to join the DSM Equities team
* The Equities PMA is a foundational role within our Equities Investment team.
* PMA performs a critical function of partnering with the Portfolio Managers in the trade/order implementation in our OMS, Charles River (CRMS).
* This will include partnering with PMs, compliance, operations, and trading desk in monitoring orders, resolution of any data/compliance issues, managing cash across multiple currencies, adherence to guidelines and compliance responsibilities and other settlement related issues
* Our PMAs help escalate portfolio issues as needed.
* PMAs also assist in preparation of client materials including reporting, commentary, meeting material preparation and other on-demand efforts to support clients/funds.
* Additional project work as directed focused on research or client supporting activities.
* Must have a strong acumen in learning technology as PMA needs to be "super-user" for FactSet, CRMS and other proprietary and external systems and tools.
* They work closely with equity PMA team to provide consistency accords straggles, function as a backup, identify best practices, refining team processes and other ad hoc projects.

* Supports clinical study execution and a position which will have minimal oversight and guidance
* Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
* Assist in the coordination of activities of a cross-functional team to ensure the initiation, conduct, and completion of one or more clinical studies are done on time and within budget.
