This position will offer you the opportunity to manage project(s) consisting of engineering, licensing, environmental, and professionals involved in the design, modification, and analysis of new and existing nuclear power plant modifications in particular small modular reactors. The position will involve coordinating with multiple internal and external departments to manage the life cycle of project execution.
+ Responsible for project execution, coordination of resources from each discipline as required.
+ Lead all aspects of project execution including safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience through entire project lifecycle.
+ Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client task engineers and stakeholders.
+ Support the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget and other dashboard items.
+ Recognize, identify, track and control project risks and change.
+ Timely communicate and consult with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors to resolve project constraints.
+ Lead and direct the project team ensuring client and Sargent & Lundy goals are achieved.
+ Mentor and coach project team members providing timely feedback.

Qualifications
Essential skills and experience:
+ BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program
+ 10 or more years of experience in a technical field (engineering, construction, planning, etc.)
+ Demonstrated experience with project management and coordination.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Strong and dynamic written, verbal and intercultural communication skills
+ Experience with preparing and presenting technical reports virtually and in-person.
+ Experience with feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
+ Proficiency in use of Microsoft software and tools.
+ Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Owns personal and team safety. Observes all safety rules and always uses the proper safety equipment & PPE.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects.

Conduct daily review of production schedule to identify and prioritize shipping activities
Coordinate closely with the Customer Service Liaison on customer shipping/delivery dates.

Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Verify and keep records of all outgoing shipments.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure plan provisions are correctly interpreted, consistently applied, and clearly communicated to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries.
Provide guidance on complex plan provisions and interpretation, particularly where multiple plan documents or contracts intersect or have been amended.
Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that deliver high-quality wellbeing programs for employees.
Support the development of high-performing, integrated vendor partnerships that deliver effective wellbeing programs for employees and their families, with a strong focus on member experience and outcomes.
Support the design, implementation, and administration of large-scale initiatives (e.g., annual enrollment, new program launches) by collaborating across teams and with vendors to deliver effective tools and resources for employees and their families.
Manage the special handling of sensitive or complex cases, resolving issues and complaints that may escalate to formal appeal status.
Regularly assess wellbeing program competitiveness through external benchmarking and review of market, legal, and industry practices.
In partnership with Total Rewards Team leadership, conduct annual reviews of program delivery to identify risks or areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions with project plans to mitigate or resolve them.
Establish and maintain strong connections among vendor partners and wellbeing programs to ensure alignment with Total Rewards strategy and objectives.
Analyze data and reports to identify gaps, issues, and areas of concern, recommending corrective actions.
Provide staff support to the Benefits Administrative Committee in the review and resolution of ERISA appeals.
Job Specifications
5-7 years of experience in employee benefits
